How much does Digital Evolution cost?
It depends on the size of the company and the scope. The diagnosis phase is always free. The complete technical audit starts at €3,500. The evolution plan and implementation are quoted with a closed budget after the audit. No surprises, no monthly invoices that grow without explanation.
What if I already have an IT provider?
We can coexist. Digital Evolution is complementary: we handle strategic diagnosis, the roadmap and the execution of new projects, while your provider maintains daily operations. If you prefer, we can gradually absorb operations as the project evolves.
Do you offer 24×7 support?
Not by default. We work in business hours (9×5) because we believe daytime service quality is what prevents night-time emergencies. For critical environments we offer on-demand on-call and dedicated 24×7 plans. We tell you that clearly, before signing.
How is this different from contracting individual services?
In its coherence. Hiring five services from five providers leaves you with five contacts, five invoices and nobody accountable for the whole. Digital Evolution is a single point of contact, a single plan and a single team that ensures the pieces fit together.
How long until impact shows?
The first changes appear in 4–8 weeks (phase 1 quick wins). Structural change is visible at 6 months. The full return of a typical plan (12–24 months) is measured against KPIs defined at the start: times, costs, incidents, team satisfaction.
Do you work with companies outside Madrid?
Yes. We have clients across Spain and in 24 other countries. We work remotely for most of the project, with on-site visits at key milestones. For large implementations we deploy team members and coordinate with certified local partners.
