Who we are
Impulso Tecnológico was born 26 years ago with a simple idea: companies don't need more technology — they need the right technology, well maintained and well explained. Since then we have accompanied more than 470 organizations across the productive fabric, with clients in 25 countries and a strong focus on Spain, in sectors like manufacturing, professional services, healthcare and education.
We are not a multinational and we don't want to be one. We are a human-scale team that knows every client by name, picks up the phone when it rings and shows their face when something breaks. If you are looking for a tech partner for the next 10 years, you are probably in the right place.
How we work
Every relationship starts with a free diagnosis — 30 minutes with a senior consultant to understand what you have, what hurts and what outcomes you are looking for. From there we present three possible scenarios, with numbers, timelines and trade-offs. You decide.
From that point, a single point of contact for the eight domains we work in: consulting, managed services, outsourcing, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud and Microsoft 365, digital evolution and physical security. One person to talk to, a clear SLA, a control panel where you can see what is happening.
