Funded training
Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, AWS certifications — paid for and with dedicated time during working hours. Individual plan with each technician.
Serious technology
No cheap shortcuts. If the right solution costs more, we fight for the company to approve it — and most of the time, we get it.

30-minute video call with someone from the team — not HR. To get to know each other.

Technical case
A real (anonymised) problem from a client. You solve it at home, in whatever format you prefer, with the time you need.

Technical session
We walk through the case together. We talk about trade-offs, decisions you made, and other options you didn't explore.

Offer
If we fit, an offer within 48 hours with clear terms. If not, written feedback on why.
